The boring but necessary bit . . .
Hiring a classic car can certainly add the wow-factor to your event... that said, please be aware that there are sometimes limitations in terms of what they can perform! There may be some occasions (for example stopping on very steep hills or heating/air conditioning) where they struggle a little more than we'd expect (or perhaps take for granted) from a modern car. All of our cars have up to date MOTs and are reguarly serviced. They are also checked fully on the morning of your event to ensure that everything is suitably "topped up". Please do, however, try to take this into account when booking and contact us if you have questions or concerns.
We only ever want to provide the very best and that means that all of our cars undergo regular checks and improvements. When you call to book we'll be able to advise you whether your choice is available and, if not, hopefully suggest an alternative. Unfortunately, with classic cars, you need to be aware that something unforseen may take your choice off the road nearer to the time. In those very rare cases we will always try to provide a similar alternative (usually our other Mark2 if not already booked) and will give you ask much notice as possible. If you have any questions about this, though, do have a read of our terms & conditions and give us a call to discuss. Please note that at the current time our Red (COH) car is off the road for restoration and only booking from February 2010.
Hire of our chauffeur-driven cars is for a period of three hours, which begins at the time we pick you up. If you need the cars for longer than that (or run over without prior agreement), a charge is made per hour or part thereof. For full terms and conditions please look under the sub-section of "Our Cars" called "Terms and Conditions". When we receive your deposit and booking form we take that as acceptance of the terms and conditions so please do take a look. If you'd like us to send you a hard copy of these please do ask.
